Standard Delivery
Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse and plant in North Carolina, to
arrive within five to seven business days of the receipt of the order. In the
event of a delay, we will notify you by mail.
Express Delivery
For an extra charge of $15 per address we can arrange for rush delivery to most
destinations. If we receive your order by 3 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday,
you will receive your purchase within three working days.

Shipping Furniture
Shipping and Processing Charges for Furniture:
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for
processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase,
delivering them to you, related overhead and other items.
In-Home Delivery for Furniture / White Glove
For your convenience, we are proud to offer In-Home Delivery service on all
furniture orders. With In-Home delivery all items are brought into your home,
unpacked and assembled. All of the packing materials will be removed. Each
piece will be delivered by appointment and placed in the room of your choice.
The cost for In-House White Glove Delivery is as follows

Furniture Service
1. Once a product is available in your territory you will be notified by our
dedicated delivery service to establish a delivery timeframe. Depending on
final destination shipping will take one to four weeks. If you miss your
scheduled delivery time you will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee.
2. Non-Standard Delivery Charge of $45 will apply when a delivery is requested
outside of "normal business hours". Normal business hours are defined as Monday
through Friday, excluding national and state holidays, between 8 am and 5 pm.
Furniture Cancellation Policy
1. Once your order is placed, you have three business days to cancel your order
with Crypton Super Fabrics and Furniture. Please contact 1.800 CRYPTON
regarding cancellation inquiries.
2. Any order cancelled after three business days is subject to a 15% restocking
fee based on the merchandise price.
